Tech Dispute Network recently held a webinar discussing what does 2022 hold for crypto asset disputes?  

The panel of experts considered what lies ahead for this asset class, which in 2020 to 2021 generated a lot of interest. The handful of reported disputes have answered some questions, such as whether it is possible to get a freezing injunction over Bitcoin. However, many more questions remain unresolved.
